Welcome to Btflg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Btflg ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application Btflg ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Btflg is a football prediction tracking application that allows users to:

  • Browse football fixtures across various leagues worldwide
  • Make predictions on match outcomes
  • Track prediction accuracy and performance statistics
  • Save favorite teams and bookmark matches
  • Add personal notes to matches
  • Access insights and analytical content about football
  • Receive notifications about matches and predictions

The App is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not facilitate real-money gambling or betting.

3. User Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

If you are under 18 years of age, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

4. User Account and Data

The App operates without requiring user registration or account creation. Your data, including predictions, favorites, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Any activity that occurs on your device through the App

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization

  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and user interface design, are owned by or licensed to Btflg and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the App
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods
  • Download or copy any portion of the App except as expressly permitted
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The App may display or provide access to third-party content, including match data, team information, and analytical articles. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Match data or statistics will be accurate or complete
  • Any predictions or insights will be successful or profitable
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

No Gambling Advice: The App is for entertainment and tracking purposes only. It does not provide gambling advice, and predictions made within the App should not be used as the basis for real-money betting decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from gambling activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Btflg SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
  • Any damages resulting from third-party content or services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Btflg and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the App

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Add or remove features and functionality
  • Change the App's design or user interface
  • Require updates to continue using the App
  • Discontinue support for older versions

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Btflg operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Btflg regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
